This Modern Farmhouse new build presented the perfect blank canvas for a fresh perspective. While the home's architecture leaned toward a traditional farmhouse aesthetic, the client's vision was to move beyond that style and create a contemporary home that felt distinctive within its Chevy Chase neighborhood.

Our design approach focused on minimizing the farmhouse influences and amplifying the home's existing modern details. Rich bronze accents, matte black fixtures, and clean-lined furnishings established a sophisticated foundation, while layered textures, curated materials, and refined finishes brought warmth and depth to the contemporary palette.

The result is a timeless yet striking home that feels thoughtfully curated, effortlessly modern, and unlike any other house on the block.
